Appointments at your home
We can still continue to visit client's homes for installations and to measure up where it is safe for us to do so.
We are aware of the importance of increased hygiene and cleanliness at this time and will take all possible measures to protect you. While at your property we will use social distancing to minimise any risk to you. We will wear masks and sanitise our hands and equipment before entering your home.
If you, or anyone in your household, has symptoms of the coronavirus, or has been in close proximity with someone with the virus, please call us so we can rearrange your appointment.
Visiting our showroom - currently not possible due to lockdown (Jan/Feb 2021)
In order to guarantee that we are able to maintain a safe distance (in accordance with government guidelines) we are limiting the opening of the showroom to appointments only on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. This is limited to one appointment for each session to ensure a safe environment.
In addition to this three-day gap between appointments we are undertaking additional cleaning at the showroom to ensure high hygiene standards. We also have hand sanitiser available and we ask that all visitors use this on entry and exit from the showroom.
When you come for your appointment, please ensure that you bring a maximum of one other person with you, this must be someone from the same household. This will enable us to maintain safe social distancing during your visit. We regret that we cannot allow children into the showroom at the moment.

Design consultations
We are now carrying out design consultations by phone or email.
If you can email us with architect plans, building drawings or your own sketch including dimensions, that would be helpful. It would also be useful if you could send us photos of the room, so we can visualise the space we’re designing for.
Thanks to technology, we can discuss your brief, share our ideas and present our designs to you. The only difference is that the whole process will be carried out remotely, from the safety and comfort of your own home.
